Grievance Resolution Policy - Students

Policy Contact:
Dean of Studies
Purpose:

MST is committed to ensuring that domestic students who have a concern about any Academic or non-academic aspect of our education operations have ready access to fair, just and effective grievance processes.

Scope:

All MST students.

Statement:

MST has a policy and a process for dealing with student grievances (also called ‘complaints’). The policy ensures that students have access to fair and just avenues to deal with any grievances, and that they can follow those avenues without fear of reprisal.

MST is an affiliated college of The Australian College of Theology (ACT). The ACT Grievance Resolution Policy for Domestic Students applies to MST.
