AUT Refund Policy for Overseas Students

Purpose: 

The Australian University of Theology (AUT, the University) has developed this policy in accordance with Section 28(1) of the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2018. This Policy specifies the conditions and timing for managing tuition fee and non-tuition Fee Refunds to enable compliance with the relevant legislation.

Scope: 

This policy applies to all overseas students seeking to enrol in units of study for AUT credit through enrolment in a coursework course or through another enrolment method.
